I paid exactly 18.2k$ for TY,net well over a year ago (18k + fees), and although the domain name has received offers up to 25k$, none of them were accepted at the time.
Now, I need money to pay for other domains that I have in escrow, so I am willing to let this one go for the same price I paid for it.
TY is a first name, as well as having 18 registered acronyms
