Yeah, it will be outstandng to own the Freelancer.tv but I think it is owned by MrRhee. I guess he also owns Freelancers.tv too.

Sportsbook

I have sportbook. Beware of trademarks on that term, I would advise not to park that domain. Also, according to uspto.gov, owner of sportsbook (with c o m extension) had trademark on "sportsbook (+ dot t v extension)".

Thanks for the information. I'll have to check this. My understanding was that there is a trademark only on sportbook and not Sportsbook.

Only tm on sportbook I found is on sportbook (with com extension) logo. However, its more about content, not exact name. Similar name + ad content to tm owner can get you in trouble. I am unparking mine, just to be sure.

I checked the uspto.gov site and found a dead tm with the disclaimer of "NO CLAIM IS MADE TO THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE "SCHOOL" and ".TV" APART FROM THE MARK AS SHOWN". But I got your point and I'll do the same. Thanks.
