My first for sale domain auction

I put up my first domain auction to sell on Godaddy auctions. Its exciting actually. I put a starting bid of $10 and the auction runs 7 days. I picked a category I thought fit best, consumer goods. I didn't put a sell now price.

Did I do the right thing? What are my chances to get a sale at an ok price? I'm not going to say the domain name, not looking for a shameless plug. However, is there a way to promote it? Is there anything I need to know about such a godaddy auction?
