Hi,

I have my webhosting at oneandone (unfortunatley). I am only allowed 1 MYSQL database, which I think means I can only create one forum? is there anywhere out there that I can create free forums without adverts or to pay a small fee and they will host my forum?

Thanks

Carl

You can have two forums in on DB.

When installing another forum, enter the same DB info, but, for the DB prefix, just enter in something like "forum2_" :)

That will work.

Also, i idin't think 1and1 were to happy about applications that would make a big DB...but meh. :hehe:

Actually, you can have as many forums as you want, depending on the ammounf of SQL space they provide you.

But, yea, do like he says. When your entering the SQL info for the forum installation, just set a prefix. e.g: IPB_ MYBB_ PHPbb_ VB_

And you can even go as far at IPB1_ IPB2_ IPB3_ MYBB1_ MYBB2_ MYBB3_

Etc. Etc. Hope this helps! :santa:
