Well, $200 a month income, that's quite a bit. MySpace is really popular these days so I think you would have no trouble selling the site for over $3000 ($200 x 15 months).

I guess you should sell it at Sitepoint forums, they have a great marketplace, though you have to pay for your listings but it is worth it! The domain is good as well and with this revenue, you should eye on the 1500-2000$ range. Good Luck!

you guys forgot something very basic and important.
what is the source of the traffic, ie referrers.
if it comes from many links its good.
if it comes from just a few popular sites, then its bad.

your not getting all this from type in's

also, yeah sitepoint is a good place to sell.
signup for some free tracking service. because the sitepointers are going to ask you about the source of the traffic. or you could use that to help you sell, if its good.

Contact internet reit or any of the big boys buying up revenue producers...you may be surprised at their offer...you'll have to provide provable stats on revenue and traffic.
