Would think you could get 70-135k for it assuming traffic levels and revenus stays constant (and the $3750/month is pure profit). Operating costs (hosting, software, labor, etc.) would also need to be figured in, which would reduce the sale price. I would be interested in knowing what the domain is.

The general sale price is between 10 - 12 months the profit is.

So I would say anywhere between $37,000 to $45,000.

Hard to say though without knowing what type of site it is... Some sites or worth more than others just by the topic.

In my experience, people may be willing to pay a sale price up to 2-3 years of the profit (as long as the profit is steady and it is a low risk business). I do agree it is difficult finding a person to cough up that much dough for a website though. Another thing to consider is that the business is increasing on a monthly basis. This would also factor favorably into the price.

I agree, but he/she didn't put how long the business has been open for, the past months revenue, ect. ect.

So I thought I would give the low price mark on the site.

2 years of revenue is the minimum sales price for domains / sites with more than $100 revenue per day. Do not sell it below this line, because 3 to 5 years of revenue are more common for a high traffic domain when selling to an end user. Therefore I see the site's value at $100,000+ IF traffic and revenue will be at least stable (if not be growing).

I would not say that there is really a minimum, not every site will get an offer worth 2-3 years of profit. That'd work for some sites, but not all.
