I have found a domain that expired today which is bankrantoul (.) com

They shifted to bankofrantoul (.) bank

So, people do not like .com anymore or ?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
But if they're smart, they won't get rid of their com version.

However I never understood what UniCredit Bank of Czech Republic did. After they brought up Zivnostenska Banka, they've been still redirecting zb.cz to unicreditbank.cz for years but never renewed zb.cz and let it expired.

Young ones, born after 2010, will probably be fully adopted to ngTLDs.

Domainers can adopt to the future too. If they want. :-P:pompous:

For the people who think the young generation is going to lead some paradigm shift in extension usage, I am not seeing it.

Young people are as exposed to .COM as anyone else. Pretty much all the popular websites they use or know about are .COM.

Seems like wishful thinking to me.

Today I took subway here in Czech Republic and everywhere I see advertsement for

www.love.tirol & www.slovakia.travel - massive billboard advertisement!

Unfortunately for many, no .coms here :(

There are some official tourist boards using .travel.
I have seen for example egypt.travel and spain.travel in the past but there must be more.
And this is not a new trend, but an old one.
