Hi

I want to know is it illegal to embed movie trailers from sites like youtube? The site is like a peekvid clone but for movie trailers. Is this illegal & would i have the MPAA coming after me for this?

Technically illegal if you yourself are adding this content knowingly. However imho the chances of a movie company getting upset about you promoting their movie via the trailer is slim to none.
