Most Purchased TLD after .com, .net, and .org

So I'm just curious what the communities most purchased TLD is after .com, .net, and .org... I run http://www.bustaname.com/ - a tool to help find domains and I am trying to figure out what TLD's I should add to the service... Long story short it's a real pain to add more, so I'm trying to do it the smart way and get some feed back first. Also feel free to post any other feedback about the site.

For me it would be INFO - US - BIZ in that order.

However, worldwide, I know .de is second only to COM, and .co.uk would have to rank well up there too. I would also guess a few like .eu, .in and .cn might have surpassed .biz, but don't know the stats.

As a Brit I can tell you that .co.uk is hugely popular, I'd guess that many local businesses would even choose to reg the .co.uk over the .com if both are available (I'd reg both but not everyone thinks like that).

When I'm hunting for a UK business I'll usually type in the .co.uk before the .com, so in that instance .com is not the default extension in my mind.

regarding other TLDs (according to the latest data)

.de has 11,318,181 registrations (as stated in denic.de english statistics page)

.cn (.cn , .com.cn , .net.cn , etc) has 6,705,091 registrations (as stated in the cnnic.cn statistics page)

.uk (.co.uk , .org.uk , .me.uk , etc) has 6,211,193 registrations (as stated in nominet.org.uk statistics page)

.eu has 2,577,136 registrations (as stated in the eurid.eu statistics page)

.nl has 2,524,665 registrations (as stated in the chart in the link in the next paragraph , sidn.nl statistics page has not been updated for 2007)
