I can only see value in *lastname*.tld
Has value for people to use as a private homepage and mail ([email protected])

Full name only has real value in .com and maybe .net IMHO

Popular surnames generally have value in legacy extensions (Com/Net/Org) and might in some ccTLD.

Popular FirstLast.com name combos have some value, if they are very popular and don't exist just to target one specific person.

Outside that there is not much resale value in names.
