domain Mortgage Site Appraisal

The domain I'm curious about an appraisal for is -- LowRefinance.com

The site itself is probably considered 'undeveloped'. I do currently have a nice revenue stream coming in from people submitting their refinance information, but at the same time I'm wondering if I should sell/lease it to a company that may have more resources for it, or should I keep it and keep on truckin' with it.

What you should do with it depends on what you make. Sell for no less than 3 years worth of income. Some may tell you less, but this an industry that is staying. As for value of the domain, you would know better than us since you curently have traffic and revenue.

Yeah, you're absolutely right.

It was actually appraised by a self proclaimed expert appraiser for $10k undeveloped. But since the revenue stream per month outweighs the actual appraised amount, it makes me wonder if I have something really amazing on my hands, especially since I don't know very much about mortgages in general (just seo and aff marketing).

I was just curious to see what it would go for without the development, and I appreciate your response. :hehe:

domain alone is worth mid to high $xx (this is based on no traffic stats) refinancing is not my department so I'll leave the dev'd value to these experts
