I opened a new account, and then registered a new .com domain there, everything was good, after logging out it started not to log me in.
I sent email to support but no reply after six hours.
Could be a technical problem, is moniker a trustable registrar?
Helps appreciated

Moniker is most trustable registrar. You can find many posts about that here.
I don't have any problem logging in.

thanx zoki, is their email support so slow? I live in outside of north America so keeping phone support as the last option.

I actually didn't understand, they instantly charged my card which is a member of international credit card verification system, sent me an email with invoice says successfully registered the domain and sent me an email at the same time saying "problems with your account, contact us by emailing [email protected] or by calling 1-800-etc."

I wonder what was the problem, and logged out from moniker successfully, then tried to log in and it starts giving authentication error. In order to be sure I requested my password, which was the same with what I was trying.
I am a computer engineer, and I can't imagine such type of a technical problem, a technical problem in just five minutes, sounds like a joke :(

So that's why I am wondering whether they are trustable, I took screenshots of my whois records even if I don't know whether they will count as a proof of purchase.

Moniker is the most trustable registrar till now but to be honest there support is the slowest calling them is the best option.

Problem was solved :)

They replied with:
"Moniker has recently instituted new policies and procedures due to the large amount of online fraud in our industry, and we certainly apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause. As the most secure registrar in the world, we would appreciate your understanding that this is necessary to keep our systems secure.

Your account was temporarily suspended because it was not assigned to a sales rep. ..."

After reading that I felt ashamed for panicking :red: cause that was all about improving security which is beneficial for all of us. DjFlush and zoki seem to be very right when saying "most trustable registrar"

I got this also, its just a security check. They shouldn't do it from now on, they do it when you first pay for a name, I think. :)

Yeah Moniker is #1 for security and it's why I have 600 domains in my account there. Yes..some complain about getting an account setup but once you are in..it's gold.

I have never had a problem with Moniker that a couple emails didn't fix.
