Moniker Help

My moniker account will not let me log in! I have the account confirmation email and everything is correct it just wont let me, Its been doing this for about a week now. I would phone but im outside the US and the number they give me goes to some disabled wheelchair line? Can anyone shed any light on what to do??

I have found out recently that Monikers user name and password are case sensitive. I was having the same problem till I realized I forgot to capitalize the first letter of my name. Hopefully this will fix your problem
