Is everyone having problems renewing and registering at Moniker? It's been hours and I still cannot renew my domains.

I sent a support ticket but it may take a while to get a solution...

I was able to log in yesterday. I prepared about 40 domains for transfer. Unfortunately, although I got some of the security codes sent to me, about half would not unlock (and still won't). I was able to initiate a transfer on the ones that got a code, so now I'm waiting to see if they come through.

The domains that are locked are an issue because they also will not renew, not because they are locked....I'm not sure why they won't. A few are expiring, and I can't transfer or renew them. I'll try again tonight to see if maybe there is a glitch on their end or mine.

Been dealing with Moniker the last 4 days with a creation date issue on a domain...
I have had replies to all of my emails in a timely fashion, and
they resolved the issue.

Not sure what email you have been using for months???
they have a support link, but I was using [email protected]

MONIKER, you may have won the battle by STEALING $153 of my hard earned money by auto renewing domains without my permission, but you will lose the war! You have lost another customer. You have the audacity to quote your policies to me about renewals and how you all don't give refunds, yet your reps told me on the phone that certain domains were set by default by Moniker to auto renew, and that it is up to me to opt out. Why should I have to opt out? You should not put anything on my account unless I ask for it! Just another way to STEAL money from unsuspecting customers, and I say STEAL because Moniker puts these domains on auto renew without the customer's knowledge or permission, then charges their credit card when they don't log in to take the auto renew off. Why not have customers OPT IN to auto renew?

So your terms of service may give you license to STEAL, and you may get away with my $153, but you won't get any more of my money! Moniker is hemorrhaging customers, and when you add thievery to all of the other problems at Moniker, why should anyone register domains with you?

Auto renew

They aren't the only ones with this lovely auto renew "feature". Godaddy does it when you buy some domains with the deep discount codes. You have to OPT out sometimes.
