registrars Moniker inside push, wtf

hello friends need an advice from moniker users,

just recently i bought here on NP a 4L, and the domain name was pushed to me inside moniker, the domain however after about 4-5 days is still in transfer, its shown as active and the whois is still from previous owner, its also not possible to lock the name from transfers... any idea how to make it "transfer complete" ??

Please change the whois template.

I wonder if the seller pressed the "confirm" button for the push. I was confused myself first, until I realized push needed the "confirm".
