How do I quicken transfer from Moniker to GoDaddy etc

I have requested a domain transfer from Moniker to Godaddy. Moniker sent an email with "Deny" link only. Is there any way to quicken the process. Otherwise it will take few days.

There isn't any way to speed it up unfortunately. Last time I asked moniker, they claimed to be working on a way to expedite transfers out but so far nothing.

I managed to quicken the process. You just need to include your Id and the domain and they will approve it quickly.

I contacted them and they asked my customer ID and the domain name. After that, they approved the transfer quickly. The transfer started yesterday and it finished today.

That is good info. Last time I talked with them...which was a few months ago, that was not possible. Glad to hear it is now.
