Hello, i have been apart of .mobi since the landrush and i have decided that it is time to capitalize on the future of the extension as it seems its all up hill from here on. At the start i was very skeptical about development primiraly for the fact of the lack of backing the extension had since then we have seen many sites being developed some from the most renown international businesses.
I have looked at the names in my portfolio and analysed the market and decided that developing the domain iRingtones.mobi i believe would be the most profitable and targetted name for the .mobi extension.
Although just having the name means nothing there needs to be development and plenty of marketing to be done to even get a look in and compete with the competition in this market, thats why i feel it would be best suited to partner with someone to undergo this venture.
Advantages of a partner:
More financial backing
Two people to delegate the work load
More ideas
Increased experience and knowledge that we can share
I am looking for someone with development skills to venture into this market with, i will be in turn sharing 50% of the domain name with this person (so a straight 50/50 partnerhsip) but as i have no coding or designing skills i am unable to create such a site myself. I want to bring someone with these skills into the partnership to increase the chances of success, although this does not mean you will be doing all the work.
I believe there is a great market for this industry on the .mobi extension and with the domain iRingtones.mobi i feel we can take some of the mobile phone ringtone market share, even a small percentage would make it worth while and profitable.
