Here are some facts about these sites:

--These sites are almost a year old, the basketball sites is a little over a year old.

--Each site has individual team pages. For instances a page for the LA Clippers on the basketball site: www-nbabasketballnews-com/teams/laclippers.htm there is one of those for every team.

--I have moved on to team fan sites, so I really would like to sell these for cash to invest into those if possible.

--None of the forums that are linked to this board are included.

--All Banner ads can be removed, I would be willing to do so before sale to lower your workload. Also any site errors you get I would be willing to get fixed. Haven't had much time for the site, so some links may currently be broken.

-- The side basically updates itself with news feeds and rumor feeds on all of the pages. Some pages require attantion now and then if you chose to give it to them, some every month or so..some every off-season..things like that.

-- These sites grossed $5126 in income since they have been born from seeking advertiisng from companies. ALL of this income is to be paid every year. Meaning if you bought these, when the advertiisng was due this year..you would email these companies and let them know that advertising for the current year was due.

-- With that said, all links that currently reside on the site would have to be agreed to stay there at least untill that contract runs out. Obviously it would be to your benefit to do that as that's where the income comes from.

--In all there are 8 different advertising packages that include the total on $5126. All contact info,names, contract notes, contract expiration dates would all be sent to you upon sale in a word document so that you can renew these packages. I can also let the contacts know the sites have been sold if preferred.

--There is also currently an advertiser paying $120 a month via paypal to keep ads on the site, that would be going to you as well if you chose to keep them.

If you have any questions, please PM me and I can answer them. Please use the income that has been made from the site, the design and so forth to make proper bids. I have a reserve that I would like to keep private.

Will let this run at least a week or so to at least gauge interest. I'm not sure if you guys have interest in the Sports market or not.

Are you wanting to sell the sites seperately or as a network? I may be interested, but I'd need to get a ballpark figure of what you're looking to get. I'd also like to get screenshots of traffic stats as well as proof of income. You can PM this to me if you'd like to keep them private.

I love the NBA website. I visit it often. I would love to buy this (just because I am a big fan) but I think it's a bit out of my pricerange.

All sites must be sold together, can't break them up due to the advertiisng contraints and all packages included 4-5 of the sites not just seperately.

As for a ballpark figure, I can make the sum listed above if I wait 6-8 or some months so it would have to be somewhat above that as the site will make the $6500 this year as quoted above. So a year and a half would earn around $13000 with that in mind and all packages renewed(which I can't guarentee but I would say that it's extrenely likely from dealing with these companies). I would tend to go with a selling price of value of the next 2 years which would be a little above that, but any offers in the 5 figure range would be a healthy starting point.

Prrof of Income- This can be provided with screeshots of emals, and screenshots of paypal reciepts to the furthest extent that i can provide. I do have all of the emails saved. And after recieving contact info you can verify the stats sent to you with their records as well if you'd like. I can send all Emails/Screenshots/Reciepts/Contracts of this when sale is agreed upon(before payment is sent though). As I said earlier will also get a Word document with everything organized to collect next payments.

Traffic- I can provide traffic screen shots of nbabasketballnews.com as well as sportsnewsdaily.net as they are on my main hosting package. However, the other 3 sites reside on a hosting package with no traffic stats, so I would be unable to provide that. Sorry bout that. However, I am sending you Screenshots of the sites I have have now for the month of Feb.

BONUS: Also, if the purchase price reaches 13K, I will include www.NHLCentral.net a NHL Hockey forum. It is being redesigned this weekend and updated to the latest version of IPB. It has 278 members and 16000 posts. Not a bad throwin if you want to check it out. I just realized I don't plan on making any future hockey sites, and without the Hockeynewscentraldotcom anymore I would probably not have the need to develop it much further.

Had a couple offers in the $8.5 to 10K range. Probably can't sell for that low.

I am setting a BIN at 15K and a starting price at about 12K. If I get any offers in that range I will allow 24 hours to pass to see if anyboy wants to outbid you, and if not..the sites are yours. So you could possibly own them in the next day or so.

Will help 100% with site transfer and any questions you may have in running the sites after they're sold as well.
