Hi guys,

I have just started this forum www.misdiagnosed.me This one is personal. My family experienced this misfortune of medical misdiagnosis.

How can I:

Get Malpractice specific news articles?

I have found medical articles but have a difficult time locating industry specific articles.

Attract people to the site? I see a lot of malpractice post on various health sites. How do I attract these people to my site without spamming sites.We all hate spam.

How do I get relevant advertisers? If I do not want irrelevant ads on the site. I am sure attorneys are the easiest to target. However, I see a few insurance, product/pharmaceutical companies advertising on malpractice attorney sites. Some of them are even named in lawsuits on the sites....Go figure.

You can do forum posting on related forums or do blog comments as well ...
If you post on various health sites and you think you can get members from there then you can buy an ad space on those websites .. You can invite them personally too

Great advice. You could also contact blog and website owners and ask if they'd be willing to do a link exchange with your site or write up a post about your site.
