I need some help developing a mini site for CondoAlarms.com. It looks like there is good opportunity for revenue from Adwords and affiliate programs.

This will be my first mini site and I'm open to proposals from experienced developers on how to best develop and monetize the site. The site should use a CMS so I can update it in the future.
