Mini Site / Parking service / Mini Blog auto content - Which one???

Hello,

I order to get any revenue of my domains I'm doubting betwen:

- Create a mini blog (WP or similar) for each one with auto-content via RSS wich includes adsense ads and affiliate banners

- Use parking services

- Purchase mini site template


Wich one you think is the best option to make my domains profitable now, increase its value in order to sell the in the future?

How would you get traffics to your siite? Does domain contain key words?

I don't think any of those work anymore. I think your choices come down to build real sites with unique content or cut your losses and dump them.

Yes, it contains keywords, but I think is not enough just containing keywords in the name of the domain to get traffic.

Hello,

I had the idea at the past to do the same as you. Create a minisite just to promote the domain to be sold with all the technical information of the prosibilities of the domain to be developed, but I don't know what are the benefits relating SEO.

I finally decided to create a mini site including a picture on the top with the text: "Domain in sale" include affiliate banners and adsense in the middle of the home page, and create categories with:

Buy it now
Technical report (keyword trends, volume searches, etc.. )
Blog (including auto-content mixed with real and original content for SEO purposes)

The idea is to promote the domain, try to make a manual link building campaing and develop the domain value until I can achieve it's sale. Wait around 6 months and promote the domain throug several marketplaces.

I only doubting between submit the domain into directories or not.

What do you guys think about this idea? Could it work? should I submit the domain into directories or not?

For my sales sites I don't want to muddy them up with advertising but adding the autoblog component to build SERP's yes I agree with (again I just want to be very sure I'm not going to spoil a sale because I've built out SERP's that conflict with the potential buyer).

Ok, so what's the benefits between building a minisite, without building out SERP's and just park the domain or sell it directly through marketplaces?

Because I'm focused on end user sales I'm wanting to build a showcase site that obviously sells the opportunity and potential ... most of my sales are through directly reaching out to the end users and making them aware of the opportunity. I agree with the idea of the SEO development to try and tap into the % or people that might be looking around for a domain for sale but I really think that's going to be a small % in my case.
