I think the realtor Metaverse is more descriptive as far as what type of Metaverse it is. From my understanding there is more than one Metaverse right? Or at least I’ve seen some ppl say tht . Fashion Metaverse, game Metaverse , food Metaverse etc..

Actually that's an interesting point, Realtor is trademarked and used to define the association of real estate agents that are certified as Realtors. So Realtor can not be freely used if you are not an actual "Realtor". So I wonder if the term can be used without TM infringement.
