IMO, something like meso-thelioma.mobi would be a better reg -- it'll get ranked in search engines for the real word (which is highly premium).
Keep in mind that granted the big M (mesothelioma) has been at the top (or near the top) of the adwords CPC sites for years now, there's a ton of competition out there and you'll definitely receive no traffic whatsoever unless you add valuable content to your site other than the obvious "mesothelioma is rare form of cancer induced by exposure to asbestos". For most of us (myself included), that's about where our knowledge about mesothelioma stops.
Also, as for reported clicks costs, keep in mind that Google has changed their ad network to allow both prices for listings on Google and listing on Google's content network (example: your site). These are not the same. Due to the massive adsense arbitrage that has been undertaken on expensive keywords such as mesothelioma, advertisers are hesitant to pay top rates on it on most sites. Unless your site is absolutely top notch, I think you'll find the average PPC to be in the vicinity of 20 cents. Because the type-in traffic is genuine traffic, these would pay out at a much higher rate (re: several dollars per click), however Wordtracker reports zero searches for this transposition.
edit: It appears you're getting traffic on it, as per your post. If you continue receiving 7 hits per month, the reg fee should be paid for.
