Normally that should be a kind of BOT or thing like that as he registered 15 January and within 1 day he made 4 billion posts

Even for 1 year it is not possible (calculate , 1 min , 1 post )

There seems to be a bug, when a member has only one post and it gets deleted. In the case of the last one, it was spam posted in the registrar reviews section that was deleted by a mod.
