I am contemplating on selling my 5 year old search engine. I'm getting bored with the Net and now looking to move on to real estate. This sale will also include 100+ typo domain and generic names that generate over 170K uniques browser type-ins per month. Income comes from google and miva partnership as well as banners.

My pure profit each month is about $12K. I do zero maintenance and the only cost is $200 per month dedicated server that can be downgraded to shared hosting but I keep it cause I like tinkering with it. Anyhow, I will not take less than $750K paid in full (no owner financing deals). All of the domain names I've owned for 5 or 6 years. The Google contract alone is worth the money. If you have an Overture contract your profit will increase dramatically.

Any interested and serious buyer must submit a financial statement authenticated by a real CPA (that I will check out). Why not just use escrow? Is this is necessary requirement?
