Annapolis.MD

I've got Annapolis.MD - amazing overture but the parked site only gets 1 unique per day. I'm thinking of trying to develop because I haven't had any bites on sales. IMO it's worth mid X,XXX to low XX,XXX to an end user (think real estate, finance or doctor in Maryland or simply a guide to Annapolis, Maryland)

But, no luck so far.
