McDonalds sued again.. over nude photos

McDonalds is being sued, but this time not because the drinks are too hot.

They are suing McDonalds because of some nude photos that got posted to the internet. Maybe they should be more careful over where they leave there phone next time.

I hope this just gets thrown out. This is a perfect example of needing to take personal responsibility for your actions. McDonald's cannot be held accountable for you being stupid enough to take naked pictures of yourself, then texting them out to another phone that you may or may not have control of. WTF did she think was going to happen??!

Hey, why not I sue McD coz they are not putting up the McD stall in my village and just because of them I had to shift to the nearby city.
