The Time Warner cable security department is trying to have me committed for psychiatric evaluation after I left a message illustrating mu frustration. i called for 4 days in a row and they could not gte me online. But then they called where I live and I have had cops and people from the department of health at midnight (they are still here). to "assess" me.
How come Time Warner cable didn't care about my psychological well being when i got hung up on,l put on hold, reconnected with the phone recording queue for 4 entire days without service or resolution?
Buy Time warner cable pay the price. Even the cops knew more about the wireless servcie than the operators i spoke with. They were argumentaive and never helped me, and claimed over and over i didn;t have an account, blah blah blah.
So now I have reprisals because I actually asked them why they weren't afraid they were making me upset after 4 days of excuses, being put on hold, being lied to, and not providing the service?
Oh and by the way, watching television adverts ceaselessly pitching the internet services from Time Warner I had paid for that they could not furnish?
Isn't there some law somewhere that says they can;t charge money and advertise for services they can't implement?
Oh and if youu try really hard they send you to the looney bin.
