Hello,

I came across this domain 1 against 100, com and was puzzled that such a name is not taken

I checked the US trademarks and confirm it is not registered

I checked google and found that a number of game shows had used this name

This domain had been registered many times before and apparently within the past year it had changed nameservers 6 times

How can I check that it is not blacklisted, violate others trademarks or copyrights?

Pretty shady to register a domain after it was mentioned in a thread. I feel confident that is what occurred here. What is even more pathetic is the need to add privacy to name. Unless it was a pure coincidence, a member here is most likely responsible for the registration. Typical scumbag move in a mostly scumbag industry.

You cannot link to the USPTO Search Engine in this way. USPTO uses a session-specific URL that quickly times out for security.

If it's any consolation, the big game show is called "1 vs 100" and it seems "1 against 100" is a bad translation of what the game show is called in French.

sorry guys, i misunderstood the earlier post - i thought it meant i should register the .com, .net and .org if it is such a good name. But this morning when i checked, only the .com was registered and that was when i realized it was meant that the .com should be registered before posting it here. Apologize that i commit such a basic error. The .com was registered by me. The .net and .org are still available. I feel quite embarassed by this. Sorry.
