How does this work:
Seller bids downwards.
Buyers bid upwards, compete with other bidders and the seller separately.

Domain sits in make offer form, possibly with a buy now price.
Buy now price can be high, and warn buyers that BIN is made high intentionally for adapting to seasonal changes.
A buyer makes an offer. Seller responds with a reduced BIN.
Meanwhile other bidders are invited.
Each bid would be binding.
Optional: Bidders deposit 1 percent of the BIN, which is refundable unless they cheat.
