Utilizing your techniques

How are you capturing the e-mails for the virtual seminars? Are you using landing pages (squeeze pages) if so what has been successful for you? Also how are you getting your list to the seminars? Are they enticed by bonus? free material? I would like to compile what is working for other marketers for my blog. Thanks.

Does telemarketing even work in todays society? Whenever I get a telemarketing call from someone in india I just hang up...

You could team up with real estate developers and offer exclusive promos to their clients. This will be a nice way to target a very specific audience. You could also do a direct mail program, again send an exclusive offer to the recipients. You could do postcard mailing for this. Check out Uprinting.com for printing requirements, they even offer mailing services. Another idea is to join events or trade shows that cater to your target audience. This way you will be able to interact with them and tell them and inform them about your services. Brochures and catalogs are wonderful ways to get the message across. Business cards are also a necessity in these cases. Hope this helps!

Telemarketing - not so much imo. Most people hang up or get frustrated they take on bad feelings towards the ad campaign/company
