Marketing political domains to end users in office

Hey guys, I wanted to know whats the best way to contact politician's campaigns offices or them directly to market political domain names (clinton, bush, king, jindal, rand, warren etc) without getting my mail sent directly to the spam box or into the hands of an intern? Anyone have any experience with domain marketing to political end users? Should I negotiate any differently?

If I remember correctly that is where he mentions that if your website makes you look dumb, visitors will assume you are.

I thought his advice about how to run local campaigns was very down to earth and might give you some insights into how to open conversations with potential buyers.
