the first two are a huge nich domainsso like all domain that dea with niches, they are regfee or really low $xx resale value. EU however may be around mid$xx at best

The other two are just really generia and I think regfee for the second two.

I really like the plural, mansionlistings.com. I am not experienced at appraising domains with any particular method however, i think you could expect to get between 800-1200. I know i always look at posh digs in Miami and Spain etc....

I'd say between $100-$350.
A realtor would probably be your best bet at buying.
