Was pretty sure I was having a heart attack yesterday. Felt like someone drop kicked me. Every muscle hurt, and it came from out of nowhere. Doc says I'm fine, blood work good, ekg normal, blood pressure and pulse a little elevated but good, not diabetes.

Literally felt like I was on the wrong side of a fight.

Still not sure what happened. Its almost like having the flu except my lungs are completely clear.

I'm going totake this as a wakeup call, change a few things about how I am living.

On the upside, bloodwork and ekg basically identical since my last full out visit in 2001, lol.

Glad you're OK!

... do you have Lyme disease where you are? TBD's (Tick Borne Diseases) can cause weird symptoms like that and wouldn't be picked up by routine blood panels.

I'm going to go with a virus of some type, feeling much better today. Weak, but no pain. Just the oddest thing, having every muscle in your torso just start hurting. When I went into the doc's office, that was the weirdest feeling, wondering if this was the opening stages of a heart attack or something.

Usually, having all your muscles ache isn't a symptom of a heart attack. That's a more localized pain, or sometimes just a shortness of breath. So if your doctor didn't find any sign of damage in your tests, your heart is probably okay. Very weird, though.

Been there for sure.

Do go to doctor for full workup.
That includes the treadmill...

But stay safe my friend!
