Hi everyone, I am Harry Edward and I run a small business. One of the biggest lessons I have learned is that business development is not only about sales or finding new opportunities, but also about building systems that keep the business healthy. For me, bookkeeping and payroll were the hardest parts. I tried to manage everything myself at first, but as the business grew the mistakes grew with it.
I wonder how others here approach this. Do you see financial management as part of business development Or do you treat it as a separate back office task

Getting help from QBookAssist to organize my QuickBooks and manage errors made a big difference. Once my financial side was stable, I could actually spend more time on developing the business and going after new opportunities.
