Man Arrested Camming New Batman Movie

According to reports, on Friday morning Eastglen 16 Theater employees grew suspicious that a man was recording, or ‘camming’ the “Dark Knight” movie. Following movie industry guidelines they called police at around 9:40pm, who arrived shortly after.

Lee’s Summit police confirmed that they found evidence that the 40-year-old man from Grandview, Mo. had recorded the movie so they arrested him. A few hours later the police went to the man’s house and conducted a search where they say they found pirate movies on DVD.

In other news, The Dark Knight appears to be breaking all previous box office records (due in part, no doubt, to the record number of theaters and showings, plus higher ticket prices).

I bet this guy could have saved himself from trouble, gone to hotline, signed up for an offer for web advertising, gone to the confirmation page, entered the 4th word from the 1st line of the 3rd paragraph and voila! instant Batman download....

There used to be a flea market in Norfolk, Va that had bootleg dvd's.. the quality was always bad.

I'm not real crazy about Christian Bale as the Batman but I went into The Dark Knight feeling i'd be disappointed after all the hype about Heath Ledger as the Joker.. truth is, he is so awesome in the role, I had to keep reminding myself it was Heath. If I hadn't known it was him, I'd have never guessed it. Didn't look like him, didn't sound like him... he was THAT good! He blew Jack's Joker completely away.. no comparison IMO.

I was surprised we saw Cillian Murphy and William Fichtner briefly in the beginning of the movie, then not again.. I'm hoping we see Cillian as the Scarecrow again but I hear talk going around that Angelina Jolie may play the Catwoman. To me, Catwoman was not one of the stronger villains.
