Hi!

I would like to know if these name games are trademarks:

- Mahjong
- Tetris
- Pacman
- Bejeweled
- Zuma
etc

For example, can I develope tetris.com; tetrisonline.com; playtetris.com or not?

I would recommend searching the Trademark database for those names: http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/index.jsp. Click on the TESS link (1st one on the list). Then click on the BASIC search.

Then do your own research.

"Tetris" for example has all sorts of LIVE marks on the name in regards to video and computer games but there is also other LIVE marks on it from other related companies. It's pretty tricky depending on how you are going to develop the domain but honestly I would stay away from it.
