Hi, I registered MachineSwitch.com and MagnetNeodymium.com a couple months ago.

(NeodymiumMagnet.com would have been better if available).

I am deciding whether to develop or flip. Both seem to have decent search.

I would appreciate any feedback.

Well I think the only option you would have is to develop. I dont see any value here as they stand $0.

MachineSwitch only gets 36 exacts (far from decent).

Who would you sell this to, and how could it be developed?? These are the questions you need to ask yourself before regging a name.

Now in reference to MagnetNeodymium. The name offers a little more lead way when it comes to develoment, but not much. The term "magnet neodymium" is a$$ backwards, but still gets a little search volume at 590 exacts.

So development is possible, but Im not too sure about the use of it.

Thank you for your feedback. Actually, my intent was to develop it into a site related to engineered products (part of my trade business). The target market was the machinery market.

I will develop them; not flip.
