I think it would be better if you list some questions you'd like to do to the community here, be as clear as you can.

As far as i understood your questions, .ly is not valuable except for a dozen of domain hacks, while .net and .org are two valuable extension if the domain has value.
5 letters .net and .org domain have value as long as they are marketable keywords. Otherwise, no value.

Not really, only strong keywords, domain hacks and just few others.
It's not impossible to find a valuable .co domain aftermarket, but you must be very picky.

Near to reg fee. Big.ly and How.ly more than others, but we're talking about domains with a very poor ccTLD and with no market.
However, even Top.ly is a very strong keyword, i'd give it a chance as well as the other ones.
IF you can't grace delete them (and invest the chargeback in something more valuable), you have to keep them for at least 1 year. In this case, try to sell and at least get back the money you've spent.
