"Ltd." vs. "Inc" for our business name - Preference?

Hey guys, my partner and i are incorporating our online marketing and design company, and i was curious as to the collective opinion on names. we need to choose either:

IMC Company, Ltd.

or

IMC Company, Inc.

also we are not sure about using full company or co. ? like

IMC Co, Ltd.

or

IMC Co, Inc.


do you have a preference?

any input is really appreciated
