I will be as transparent as I can with the information I have. There were restrictions recently put in place by the registry itself not webspace.co.rw that forced webspace.co.rw to have to make changes and increase the renewal fees and halt registration. However, domains that are registered can currently be kept and transferred.

GeorgeThe reason is that there are new requirements that were set by the registry (RICTA) that meant before a domain is registered by anybody, certain documents providing proof of citizenry and/or residence are required.
