Lost contact with registrar

Hi,

I have registered a domain name with a registrar a while back and have just gotten around to start developing a site for it. However, I cannot access my account with that registrar any more to change the dns address. My login info and password no longer work with on their login page. I have emailed them a few times to no avail. How do I go about to reclaim my domain name?

If their site is still online maybe they're not out of business. I'd say call them.

How about you post the registrar's name here?

If you can, go look up the WhoIs information for the registar and give them a call.

Hi,

Thanks for your replies. The company is called www.zighost.com. I cannot find a phone number anywhere on their site.

They don't seem to be from an English-speaking country as their site is full of grammatical errors.

No, I did not forget my login info. I simply cut and paste from a confirmation email that they sent me a while ago.

Is there any other recourse if they continue to ignore my emails?

well on the whois page at whois.sc it says they're from Chicago..
