Established Looking to purchase a website

I am looking to purchase a website. I don't really care what the content is, but I prefer a site that is not an adult only website. I am looking to run another website besides the one I already have. The site should make at least $50 a month, but its not necessary. If anyone has any sites for sale, please post or PM revenue, stats and a URL and I will get back to you!
