I am looking to purchase established and profitable websites.

Your site must be at least 3 months old and have revenue from the past 2 months.

Things I will need to know in detail:
1) Traffic... how many uniques a day? How long has this # been at its current state?
2) Profit & Source of profit (Adsense? etc.)
3) What you do in regards to advertising (Spend $50 a month on adwords?).
4) Length your website has existed.
5) Your asking price.... I want an actual number.
6) Misc. Information you deem important.

Hi in april it received 500 visits. Its not making anything at the moment as i have only been using it to sell my own domains. I have had many requests though. Its also advertised in overture until june, for free. I will sell for $250-$300

Yes but you also have to look at potential of the site, all he's running is AdSense, I'm sure you could join some other program and make 3-5x what he's making. I say this because it's the same boat my site is in:

1) It hovers around 200 uniques a day
2) About $15 a month from AdSense.
3) None whatsoever. A lot of our traffic is from search engines because it's SEO'ed so well (and I'm actually going to install mod-rewrite later tonight)
4) About 2 months
5) $1K
6) Sale price includes the vB licenses and skins, FlashChat (paid software). All the site needs is a little bit of advertising and it could become big.

Actually, it's OK to show your AdSense revenue (Google changes their TOS). However, do not show anything besides that.
