Established looking for very high traffic site for sale

I am looking for a site that gets mega traffic
(no less than 175,000 uniques a month on average)
I do not want porn sites or any kind of gambling or hate sites. I prefer something web master related perhaps a forum? any ideas..or if you have a site that fits my needs please let me know.My budget is anywhere from 500 to 4500.usd

well, depends on the quality of the traffic, no? If the traffic depends on some lame myspace exploit, it's not quite so valuable as if it was from thousands of quality backlinks and return visits to the site.
