Hello:
I am looking to buy a content or community-based site that is well ranked/placed in search engines and has at least 500 unique visitors per month. I will need to see proof of your traffic (stat screenshots) and your site's visibility. I am willing to spend high xxx to x,xxx for such a site.
I am NOT interested in gambling, adult or file-sharing websites. If your site generates any monthly revenue, please provide proof of income for at least 3 months. I am not interested in sites that "recently changed servers," and have no stats.
You must be the same person listed in Whois, and I will have to call the number listed there to confirm your intent to sell the site. You must have a PayPal account, but also be willing to do the transaction at Escrow.com.
