I have many unfinished projects that needs to be finished designed/coded, but I just don't have enough time to do everything. I'm looking for someone with no money, but has lots of time.

Well, how it goes is that I will supply you will all the resources you need, like hosting, domain name, sometimes template, and anything else needed. Then I will put up advertisement and we will share the revenue from the advertisements.
