Firstly, I'm not sure where this goes, so if it is in the wrong section/forum, may a mod/admin please move it to the correct forum.

I am looking for a webmaster to help me create [a] website(s) as a partner. I have a few projects in mind, and am looking for someone who has skills in PHP, MySQL, Photoshop, and a little designing (maybe a tiny bit of Flash also). No money investment needed, as I can supply all costs.
Right now, I am making a website where Webmasters come for free tools to improve their website. Also, there will be included a forum where webmasters can talk and interact wth each other. I have not idea on how to code in PHP, so I need someone as a partner to help me make the website. The website will have a register/login/logout/points system which will be connected with a vB forum (I've yet to purchase a licence), so if I register through the register form, I'll also be registered with the same login info in the forums. The website will somewhat be like bravenet.com
Basically, we will be splitting the revenue generated from the advertisements and everything else 50 50. If you are interested, please PM me with some info (like what you know... PHP, Photoshop, etc, etc).
