When my site just launched, the first few weeks it was huge. Over 100 members the first day, and more than 1000 visits. We were getting about 1000 posts a day. Since then, it's died down, quite a bit. Now I only get around 100-150 visits, and 20 posts.
If someone can help bring in traffic, take care of selling ad space etc. I will give them part ownership. The % of ownership depends on how much better the site is doing. If the site is barely more active, then you'll receive no to little ownership. If you can raise the sunken ship again, I will give you 40-49% ownership.
