I am looking to really take off with this project - so many ideas/business models, don't know where to start......... someone who sees this same bright future should get in touch with me - hopefully looking for someone in the Phoenix area, but will consider all locations!!

What exactly are you looking for? Somebody with experience coding blogs?

I am looking for someone whom could harness the power of any existing software - TYPEPAD/WORDPRESS or even more advanced then that if necessary to achieve the objective of the website.

But should have also overall web design skills - this will be one modern website - to include blog casting/moblogging etc and be aware of the latest technologies to bring what I believe is a fantastic idea to life.....

Also important a strong slant towards traffic optimisation technology.

Most of all I am looking for someone with a great sense of humour, laid back but very ambitious - AND PREPARED IN THE EARLY STAGES TO WORK FOR NOT A BEAN - IN EXCHAGE FOR A HEFTY PART OWNERSHIP IN THE BUSINESS.

With what I have planned - should take off/bring in a revenue stream within six months or shorter!! all programme/software expenses will be paid for by my good self
